A Letter from Superintendent, Mr. Kirkegaard

Parents/guardians,

On Tuesday, September 8, 2020, school will resume with face to face instruction. It will be the first time students will be back in the building since the middle of March. We have tried to provide as many safeguards as possible. We will have regular breaks so that students can wash their hands.  We have hand sanitizers in all rooms and throughout all buildings. We have provided disinfectant wipes and extra face coverings. Teachers are trying to use every square foot in their classrooms to give extra space for students. In all rooms we have made arrangements so there is more space between desks. In some rooms that means there is 4-6 feet between desk and other rooms there is more than 6 feet.

We need your assistance and support for a successful year. My #1 request is for your to keep kids home if they are not feeling well.

Enjoy Labor Day weekend and we will see you Tuesday!

Don Kirkegaard
