For access to all kinds of resources for reading, research, and fun! 

 

Mission: To ensure that all students and staff are effective users of ideas and information. This includes having the ability to efficiently and effectively locate, evaluate, and use various forms of information. This mission is accomplished by:


1. Providing intellectual and physical access to resources in multiple formats;


2. Providing instruction to foster competence and stimulate interest in reading, viewing, and using information and ideas;


3. Collaborating with other educators to infuse information literacy skills into classroom instruction.

Student Council: The Sturgis Williams Middle School Student Council is a group composed of students from the sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. These students represent the Sturgis Williams Middle School student body by representing their classmates by being good leaders, making decisions, and helping the community through donations from money raising efforts. Sturgis Williams Middle School Student Council stresses the importance of maintaining strong character traits.
