Kagan Cooperative Learning with PASS Leadership Teams

Launch in August with ongoing training throughout the year.

We are thrilled to announce that our primary focus for professional development this year will be on Kagan Cooperative Learning structures. These strategies are designed to promote student engagement, teamwork, and a positive classroom environment. Our PASS leadership teams will be leading these sessions, providing you with hands-on training and practical applications that you can immediately implement in your classrooms. Together, we will explore ways to make learning more interactive and collaborative, ensuring that every student feels included and motivated to succeed.

**NEW Training For Paraprofessionals

Look for Paraprofessionals on the in-service schedules!

This professional development program is scheduled all year long and is designed to empower paraprofessionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles, collaborate effectively with teachers, and support academic success for all students.

Content-Specific & Best Practices Breakouts on December 6th

In December, we will host content-specific breakout sessions tailored to the unique needs of different subject areas. These sessions will offer in-depth discussions, resources, and strategies relevant to your specific content area, allowing for a deeper dive into the curriculum and instructional practices. By working in smaller, focused groups, we aim to foster a community of practice where teachers can share insights, challenges, and successes, further enriching our collective expertise.
