Congratulations to the Speech and Debate Team. Five students qualified for the National Speech and Debate Tournament which will be held this June in Des Moines Iowa:

Marty Jones also received the District Student of the Year award - only one student in the Hole in the Wall District earns that award.

Riley Carlson in International Extemp
(For Extemp, a student gets a randomly drawn question on a current event, has thirty minutes to research and prepare, and delivers a five to seven minute speech off script)
