CONGRATULATIONS to Dakota Dugan, Kora McCaskey, Madisen Crowe, Marlea Vatne, and Reese Hitzemann.
These five individuals worked together to extensively explain the history behind the Radium Girls and how they represented a turning point in US History. The harm those women underwent directly led to the OSHA requirements we know today. Along with writing an extensive paper, the group constructed an exhibit showcasing key points and visuals. They defended their paper and conclusions at State and are advancing to Nationals this June at the University of Maryland.
