Mica Sulzbach-Bataille, ProStart/Culinary Arts Instructor at Sturgis Brown High School, received a 2024 National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) ProStart Professional Development Educator Grant.
The grant was in the amount of $2000, which she will use towards attending professional development this summer. The ProStart event is scheduled for July 2024, Ms. Sulzbach-Bataille will join educators from across the US in New Orleans for the ProStart Educator Event.
