Senior, Cash Daigle, was named the 2025 South Dakota High School Journalist of the Year by the South Dakota State University School of Communication and Journalism. Cash Daigle is the current editor of the school newspaper, Bear Butte Breezes. Cash credits his interest in Journalism to his teachers, Tere Froelich and Shane Whidby, and Alexis Wulf, 2023 SBHS graduate.
