Hall of Fame Induction
Sturgis, SD, February 4th, 2025:
The Sturgis Brown High School Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony for the class of 2025 will be held Thursday, February 20 during halftime of the Sturgis vs. RC Central girls’ basketball game. (6:30 PM).
Selected for induction are contributors: Terry Anderson and Gary “Matthews” Maki, coaches: Mike Friedel and Rod Mundt, and athletes: Morgan Engbrecht, Will John Johnson, and Jacob Simmons. To view the contributors biographies, click here.
There will be a pre-game reception in the new SBHS Activities entrance/cafeteria prior to the induction ceremony from 5:00-6:30 PM. All past Sturgis Hall of Fame inductees are invited to attend.
