April is known as the month of the Military Child. In recognition of this SWMS students and staff wore purple today, April 11, in honor of students whose parent/guardian is or was in the military. We appreciate the sacrifice our service personnel make to protect our country and the sacrifice their children make while they are deployed. SWMS has 80 students who are children of military families.
